Born and raised in the wine country of Northern California, Timothy Teruo Watters (TTW) followed his namesake and Grandfather, Teruo Iyama, into the subjective world of art. TTW would sit in Teruo Iyama’s red-tiled art studio eagerly taking in Impressionistic paintings of Sausalito, custom-built Japanese wood tables, artistic stained glass cabinets and beautifully kept gardens. Learning that art can be anything and everything – the task of measuring up to Teruo Iyama in media and also skill motivates TTW to continue his artistic growth.  Today he occupies the title of Chief Creative Officer and Head Designer for Teruo Artistry, a creative lifestyle clothing brand. Simultaneously, he continues to refine his art.
